 Even if we accept that to be the case (which is a matter for the courts) 
 then how does if *need* 5 armed police officers to seize him as he 
 entered the country when he was *going home*. 
  
 And absent any credible information to the contrary, a couple of PCSOs 
 could have popped round and asked him to accompany them to the station.
