 Yours is intuitively and logically very implausible.  It is 
 completely implausible that an entire ethnic group is congenital 
 liars and criminals.  It is much more plausible that the inherited 
 criminal tendencies of all ethnic groups are quite similar to each 
 other; that there will not be a great difference in the hereditary 
 criminal tendencies of any one such group compared to any other 
 group.  A claim to the contrary is highly implausible and non- 
 intuitive, and thus requires convincing proof.
