   What the hell does this mean?  A wrongful conviction 
   is a wrongful conviction.  Obviously, whatever 
   evidence was presented misled the jury.  OR the 
   jury convicted *despite* the insufficiency of the 
   evidence because it was racist, or stupid enough 
   to believe that if the defendant was prosecuted 
   the defendant must be guilty, or because it didn't 
   like the accused's face, or because it wanted to 
   go home early.
