 I agree, but it seems like overstepping the bounds of ethical business has

 But do you feel comfortable with the idea that you can be under scrutiny and 
 suspicion just because there are fascist big-brother bureaucrats watching 
 every move you make that they can find a way of observing?

 You are assuming the dealer is halfway intelligent. If he were, he'd 
 probably be working for some hypocritical KKKon$ervative government agency 
 that is not above drug trafficking. But even that can be risky - someone
