You're so right, Pierre. I don't know how I forgot that. I'm sure
I've even seen it at Kalyustan's and other markets on Lexington.
For the record, Bell Bates is not a gourmet shop (and its owner is
Indian, actually), but I should say that the prices have gone up
considerably since it relocated and became a sort of "health food
superstore". Another caveat, though I still feel it's a terrific resource,
is that one has to be very careful about the quality of the goods. The
store tries to be comprehensive in its selection, and so will sometimes
settle for a lower grade of goods, just to be able to stock them.
