 February is Black history and March is declared Womens history month by NYC 
 government (goto their website). 
  
 I declare April a White-men's history month, please send signatures/requests 
 to NYC Government.  Then once we win this battle, there must be something 
 for Japanese Muslims and left-handed people, and every month or better week 
 to celebrate a  certain section in society that feels it is special
