 Do I?  It's more cost efficient for the tow truck company to have you 
 pick up the car than it does to deliver it to you.  Then there's also 
 a liability issue.  What if something happened to the car on the way 
 back?  Tow truck companies make no money returning vehicles back to 
 their owners.
