 So what? "Judge, he needed killin'", is still a legal defense in 
 "Bloody" Harlan County, Kentucky. Not too many bad boys 
 carry guns up here -- that's because a smart number of 
 good old boys do. You should try that in your county then 
 you would have so many bad boys going to court. here 
 when they break the law most of them never make it that far. 
 We don't like rowdiness from people who are not drunk and
