I am not trying to destroy it, just made obsevation that the proposal
as it stands has no legs. Changes could incearse the chances of
passing. Off hand a few more moderators and known moderators could
incease the chance of success as far as the vote goes.
As for a traffic split, that might be indicated as well, though not
sure spliting hand tools from power tools being the way to go. Both
tools can be used to make the same item, just how to do it is
different.
If there are at least 100 (and it needs to be more in most cases, 100+
# of No votes) Yes voters that want the moderated or even just a
split they can have such. Put up to a proposal and precede to a vote,
if it passes it will be newgrouped..
