 When it comes time for a vote, I will vote for the creation of 
 misc.invest.bonds. I think it's a good idea and look forward to 
 (hopefully) intelligent and informative discussion on the topic. 
  
 I currently participate in misc.invest.stocks and lurk (mainly) 
 in misc.invest.mutual-funds.
