 Providing the gong has postnominal letters associated with it (these 
 are laid out in the warrant or other order establishing it) they are 
 added in order of precedence, as in my favourite hero for staff 
 exercises, "Captain Nigel Giblets-Gravy, VC and Bar, VD and Scar, CCM 
 and Sprocket (Handlebar, but no grip)". Note that for the CD no 
 mention is made of the bars for subsequent awards.
