 Ya know Jean is good for one thing. He makes me practice self control. 
 So instead of starting of with a string of obscenities I am developing 
 my sarcastic manner. Actually one wonders how dear old Jean thinks any 
 organization can function with a business plan that was last reviewed in 
 1994. That is probably my fondest wish with Martin, that he have a 
 relevant and properly funded foreign and defence policy.
