 Many if the canadian forces were as multi color as the civilian popluation 
 there would be little to no racism.(I doubt there is much now, considering 
 all the sensativity training) BUT considering the CF is 99% white who knows. 
 Maybe if immgranting civilians understood it actually is a very good career 
 option then their 2nd or 3rd world country then I bet more would enlist.
