 Never ran across that one Andrew although there's a few different 
 systems I think...in general it's one to five for 'readability', 
 (five being best) and one to five for strength (again five being 
 best). Then there's the Morse system with 599 being excellent. 
 The figures being for Readability, Strength and Tone.
