Yes, instead of brushing everyone with the same brush (which seems
strange when you remember that our law maintains that everyone is
innocent until proven guilty) force those that want to carry weapons
be more responsible for them. To much law and legislation tend to make
people fight back...that was Paul Martin's mistake....
