  A lot of people can scam off the bank transfers for a few cents all day 
 and night, but you need Linux/Unix type hacking software and Cell/SOHO 
 connections. Then you get the hone numbers to the isp ID then you fool 
 around 
 with the Proxy servers with ever one is active if any. 
  
  Then you need a nomadic existence, since the reuter/interac people will 
 catch some of your cell addresses and bank accounts all over, that you have 
 to 
 constantly transfer....you can probably clear $50 grand a year working full 
 time 
 at it but even getting started would cost as much, till you get caught.....

 about as illegal as a heavy spamming fines, but not really worth it. 
  
  
  The Gov't does that but uses our money to pay the fines, and eventually 
 the hacking style and algorithmic generated batches tend to creep into the 
 populace lingo and exhibition. Saying the fines are not too steep, is 
 because 
 you get to do Gov't Community work for the profit of the Gov't party in 
 power, 
 doing what you were freelancing before. 
  
  After they cut you loose it's like being a registered h- Gun owner were 
 they would like to put you on a parole, but assign some bug to keep an Eye 
 on 
 your activities, since most of the police quite often have nothing better to 
 do...something like the CID/Interpol guys.
