Windsor is flooding now.. we're up high, so we're ok... so far.  The   
   Susquehanna is expected to reach over 25Ft, though, so probably the house we   
   were _going_ to buy down the street (about a block and a half down Main   
   street) will definitely be well flooded tomorrow morning.   
      
   The city of Binghamton, about 15minutes away is expect to reach over 25ft of   
   water tomorrow AM as well.   
      
   They're talking about evacuating people, I don't think we'll have to deal with   
   that.  During the flood of 2006, we were ok, and levels are supposed to reach   
   that point tomorrow morning..  But I can imagine that one, "Sorry M'am you'll   
   have to leave your 3 dogs and 4 cats here" No thanks!   
      
   1st day of school was let out early this AM in Windsor, btw.. geez.
