     All the snow and ice from last week in Arkansas is gone. However, most   
   of the vegetation is still dormant, and with the soil already saturated   
   from snowmelt, practically all the rainfall is "runoff". So, nearly all   
   of Arkansas is under a Flood Watch into Saturday...with numerous Flood   
   Warnings and Advisories in effect.   
      
     In short, it's a mud bog in many areas.
