   Same here in MD.  January was very uneventful - other than very cold.     
      
   There are several chances of snow next week, too.  We have been in a   
   persistant artic freeze for along time now.  Everything is frozen solid.  Many   
   water shed areas that typically don't freeze completely are 100% frozen solid.
