   Wow.. that's bring out the short-shorts weather .. We'll be in the 60's   
   and low 70's as the week goes on here.  Freaky weather, sure to confuse plants   
   outside I think.

   Yes, this year will  be bad for those of us with allergies.

   Fleas will be bad in NY again.. Last year was a bad year as well.

   This area will get some heavy raining and flooding somewhat nearby when we   
   have bad storms, but as far as I know this house should be ok.  I understand   
   Ithaca, NY (about 10 minutes from here) had some bad flooding in the past.
