    JK> I can understand that ...

   Thought you might.. ;)

    >> Yes, I've seen expectations of more snow and cold on the way this

    >> before
    > And what DID you get...? We got mostly sun, with spatterings of

JK> Well this week was actually nice to us .. Several evenings were
JK> very cold but we also had several days of 30+ weather.. shocking :)
JK> Yesterday and today I believe hit almost 40F. Now, we're not out of
JK> the cold yet, but at least we got some respite.

And now, another storm on its way... Today (unofficially) it was almost
60F... but there's lots of snow supposedly showing up tomorrow and
following... I won't cry if it doesn't really get Rochester... ;)

    JK> Oh, that's a drag..

Yup. The toilets managed to survive, so we could still bucket flush,
but pretty much took everything else out. Fortunately we didn't have
our hearts set on that luxury, though it might have been nice. ;)

    > Now our running water is run down to the pond and fill up some
    > buckets... ;) Someday it might get repaired... :)

JK> ouch that sounds like some work during a vacation :)

Not quite as bad as it might sound... The camp is right on the water,
so one is only hauling a few yards... and I get someone else to do it
   for me.. ;)
