It's raining it's pouring the old man is snoring! I am glad this early spring   
   storm is not a Snowstorm as it sounded pretty bad in the midwest this week and   
   Yesterday we had a threat of Freezing rain.. But now just a bit windy at times   
   and lots O rain here in NY.. Looks like next week will be the streak that   
   might just tip the scale towards spring permanently. Forsythia and Lilacs as   
   well as maples are starting to bud. I am not sure of the exact date, but if I   
   remember right, last year at this time. Lilacs were already blooming. A full   
   month early. I had never seen them that early before here in NY. The magnolias   
   were already gone. Hows spring doing in other areas?
