   That's what I'm hearing listening to 14300 khz, where we've   
   already run a litttle bit of traffic regarding   
   telecommunications outages to stand up some other resources.   
      
   I'll be picking up that net at 5:00 p.m. edt.  IF any of the streams of that   
   frequency are active on the net you can tune in by pointing your browser to   
   14300.net and listen in.
