   I'm going to go on the record with the opposite forecast.. :)     
      
   The strengthening La Nina tends to minimize east coast hurricanes.  It also   
   has the tendancy to give us very snowy winters.  The last strong La Nina   
   winter gave us (3) blizzards.  This was just two years ago.
