     You'd be surprised how many people in Arkansas want cold and snow in the   
   winter...especially some of the local weather people in central Arkansas. :)   
      
     However, Little Rock has better odds of seeing any type of weather EXCEPT   
   snow on Christmas Day...the last time measurable snow fell in Little Rock   
   on Christmas was 1926!!   
      
     That "other weather" could be an ice storm, tornadoes, flooding rain, or   
   dry weather.
