   I have heard we are in a slight "La Nina" pattern.  If that is the case, we   
   could get a really nice snowy winter.     
      
   From recent history it seems the years we get few hurricanes - we get more   
   snow.  It also seems that when we get many hurricanes, we get less snow.     
      
   I don't really know if there is a correlation or not - just an observation.
