MR> good mornin to ya.. 8-)

MR> Heheh, then they stomp in the house and head off for a McMuffin
    MR> someplace..

    RW> That's exactly what i was doing .

   Hahahahahahaha Good For You! Heheheheh.

RW> YEp, but a lot of Des MOines was without electrical power, took out

I can just imagine So Funny!

RW> YEp, I'm monitoring the Salvation army ham radio network as well as
RW> usual. Nope, I don't do television of any kind, old blind man
RW> doesn't have any interest, but I'll probably listen to some radio

Good for You... My Mom was Blind. I can relate. She would sit up by the tv
and listen to be with the rest of the Family. But I think it was from her
that I got my liking of listening rather than always watching. She loved
Tapes of Old Time Radio I would collect and make for her and she loved her
little scanner and listening to talk radio. We'd all laugh, her favorite show
to listen to was Bruce Williams and he would always talk about Money
management and investing etc. We'd all say, Hey Ma, You don't have any money
why do You listen to him. She just loved it. Never invested a dime. But then
again she was always going to win the lottery, but never bought a ticket. :)

RW> news later. Glad you made it through anyway.

   Thanks Richard, all is well...

   Have a Good One!
