   This was created for general weather discussion, talk, reports, etc.  In an   
   effort to compliment the current weather echo which has technical information   
   in it.     
      
   One note that would be very helpful for people on here is to include your   
   location somewhere in your messages.  Knowing where your report or discussion   
   is originating is important.
