RW> THat's a lot of work. Did you reseed your yard?
RW> If so you'll be wanting to treat it nicely, and spend some
RW> dough watering it, especially the way this summer looks like it's going.

It turns out 18 yards was just enough. We have to go around the entire house,
around various trees, and have a few large gardens in the back. This keeps
them from being taken over by weeds and keeps the moisture in the ground (what
   little there has been lately).

RW> YEah, guy I know in Virginia just got his power on this
RW> afternoon for a bit, then it went off again. DOn't know how my buddyin
   RW> Hagerstown made out.

All the damage and outages were to my south and west. About 20-30 miles away.
Towson and Baltimore City got hit the hardest with the power outages and trees
   down.

Now that the major heat wave has let up for the time being, we are still in
need of some rain. Somehow we didn't get any rain when the front passed
through. There is a change of some afternoon storms later this week - and we
   could use the rain.
