   The only precip we had this entire week was some sleet.  Yes, we had sleet   
   near the middle of April after having temps in the lower 80s in the beginning   
   of March.

   It should be a really nice weekend here in Maryland for a change.  Low 70s,   
   sunny and nice.  There is still next to no rain in the forecast.
