RW>  here.  Windows remain open, and I've barbecued three times

   Most of March has been warmer than April for us here in Maryland, so far.   
      
   The days get have been getting into the upper 50s to around 60 in a warm sun,   
   but the nights have been in the 30s.  In addition to the colder temps, we have   
   had a good wind and very dry conditions.  The outdoor humidity today was only   
   18%.  That is very low!     
      
   They have issued a fire alert due to the dry air and windy conditions.
