   I was just reading the weekly outlook for the region - ugly - Hot,    
   Humid, and all "Ozone Action" days. Here in DE it's already late August    
   like, 98F and muggy with no rain in sight;  I shutter to think of what    
   the real August in going to bring.  :O  Will white roofs really make a    
   difference?   
      
   My poor A/C already runs from sun-up to sundown [just like that    
   commerical on TV that the A/C unit says 'Going for a run ladies?  Me    
   too,  I run _all_day_long_!'] -- it's no wonder why I'm willing to spend    
   $6-8k on a new high efficiency system.  Thanks to the original builder,    
   my home has the code minimum of a 10SEER unit - yeah, it sucks -    
   electricity.
