Today will be back to the really hot weather here in Maryland.  High temp near   
   100, heat index around 110-115.     
      
   Thankfully, it doesn't look like it will last nearly as long.  Later in the   
   weekend it should "cool down" (if you can use that term) to around 90.  It is   
   hard to say the word "cool" and 90 degrees in the same sentence.
