RW>> to remember to switch the ceiling fans to rotate the proper
RW>> direction twice a year, once for heating season, the other
    RW>> way for a.c.
NB>> We don't have ceiling fans, but yes I've heard that... :)

RW> YEp, I never remember which way it goes without thinking
RW> about it, I just remember to switch 'em all, even if I don't
RW> usually use them in winter, so that in the spring i"ll switch
RW> 'em all the other way, and be right .

As long as you don't forget to switch some season, you should be ok.. :)
Just make it a habit, like changing the batteries in the smoke detectors
   and all... :)

NB>> Maybe you'll still get a chance to use the steak... or did you put
    NB>> them into the chili?

RW> NOpe, they're still awaiting our pleasure, and that will be
    RW> 12/9, Kathy's birthday.

Grilling them outside? Or doing it inside...? ;)

RW>> Earlier that day we'd had a tornado come across the north
RW>> side of the metro area, it was 83 degrees, etc. Then around
RW>> midnight here came the snowstorm.
NB>> Crazy weather for sure... Tornado probably was spawned because of
    NB>> that great temperature differential...

RW> I'm sure it was. i shoveled snow the next afternoon so a
RW> guy could pull his van into our driveway to load his drums
RW> and my keyboards to go to a gig that night.

How much snow /did/ you get...? And how long did it last.. if you
   remember still...?
