   There is no question that it was just plain hard to breath properly in the   
   height of the heat wave.  The air temperature was warmer breathing in than   
   your own body temperature making it impossible to cool yourself down.     
      
   It has cooled down here in MD a bit today (upper 80s for the high), but that   
   is still hot.     
      
   As I type this message there is some rumbling going on in the background as   
   some big t-storms are almost here.  I'm very happy about that!  We have not   
   had a drop of rain in weeks in my county.
