   Maybe it's more for rentals that it's a rarity?  I'd think that   
   homeowners would be more inclined to do the insulation, especially   
   if they were able to get tax rebates for the energy conservation   
   measures...

   So did your weather cooperate after all...?  It was a tad cooler than   
   promised, but otherwise was quite pleasant on Thanksgiving... and then   
   it was lovely Friday and Saturday.  We did have some late rain today,   
   but it wasn't too bad... I didn't have to be out in it... ;)

   Ice I don't care for, but the cold I can bundle up against.  :)

   They don't tend to last long by then, though.  I do remember a Mother's   
   Day snowfall... rather sad, but it really didn't stick around more than   
   a day if that... just was not so nice to wake up to... ;)
