That works, it just takes me so long to get Kathy's
wheelchair out of the back, get her oxygen tank situated and its foot rests
reassembled, then getting her out and settled that it can get sorta chilly, so
   I throw the jacket on.

We're not too bad yet, I've dug out the heavy comforter for
the bed, and I turn up the heat a bit at night, but days
have been rather nice, a little chill with some rain earlier this week, but so
far I can like this. I've still got a
couple of nice steaks I bought a couple months ago when that salesman came to
the door selling them, he came close to
getting the bum's rush, but he talked real fast, and i'd
like to throw them on the charcoal grill once more before it gets too cold.
See what happens Thanksgiving day, since
we're too broke for a turkey or a ham this year that'll be a thanksgiving day
   treat if the weather cooperates.

NB> I don't really mind winter that much, it's just the shoveling &
NB> clearing off the car, and the slipping and sliding that I'm not keen
   NB> on...

I probably wouldn't either were I a driver, but having to
walk here and there, or when I live in the city waiting for
a bus in it gets real old, real quick. THing is, I like the upper midwest,
Chicago, MInneapolis, etc. That is, I like
it fine between June and OCtober. From about this time
until June rolls around though I dearly detest it, so much
so that I"ve told family members don't even bother to die or get married
between OCtober and June, cause I won't be there .

   Regards,
              Richard
