Here in northern Maryland, we are under a Winter Storm Watch for tomorrow   
   where 5+ inches of heavy wet snow could be on the ground by this time tomorrow.   
      
   This would be a new record for most snow ever recorded for October in   
   Maryland.    
   You can see this out my window tomorrow if it comes true..
