Progress report on WWIVToss Setup Rewrit
   16 Aug 14 12:16:15

   Hello all!

If you're following my progress with my WWIVToss Setup Rewrite, it's going
   slow, but moving forward.

To date, I've gotten the new WWIVToss Setup to read in the main wwivtoss.dat
config file and display the current settings. I've partially matched the
following items on the WSETUP main menu, System Data to display Site Info,
Network Addresses and AKAs, Path Names, Archiver Setup, and Area Groups,
   and displaying Miscellaneous Options.

It also has a working Area Manager, which reads in areas.dat, displays the
different Areas defined, allowing display and setting of Area Name, WWIV Net,
WWIV Sub type, Comment, Origin, etc. The Area Manager allows you to input the
text fields on selection, toggle/cycle through the various options (no need to
memorize the possible settings). Areas can also be added. However, I haven't
written routines to delete an area but the option to mark an area as inactive
is available. I will clean this up later on when I add a routine to sort and
rewrite areas.dat without the marked as inactive areas.

As I mentioned in previous posts, this rewrite is currently running on Linux
only but I'm trying to use standard C/C++ and standard CURSES library calls so
porting it to other platforms might be easy to do.
