   I've gotten a very rudimentary NCurses interface for WWIVToss Setup working on   
   Linux. It can display the current WWIVToss configs, areas, groups and feeds   
   with a basic menu interface. Nothing fancy yet since I'm also learning the   
   ropes of Curses programming. When I've gotten it to work up to the point of   
   altering values and writing out the new configs, I'll take a stab at porting   
   it over to DOS.   
      
   I also want to get the main WWIVToss working with BinkD style outbound, I am   
   not sure if it matches BinkleyTerm outbound layout.
