   Here, irrespective in what tax bracket you are, when you receive the   
   summary sheet for the taxing you add all your medical cost receipts   
   and ask the tax bureau to take them in consideration for that years   
   taxes.   
      
   Later we receive a new summary sheet that shows the tax reduction due   
   to the medical costs.   
      
   From the year 2013 the persons income bracket will be taken into   
   consideration so that people with high income will get a reduced   
   tax reduction.
