    I believe that is right. I had a 486 SX 20 W/8mb, and it met the   
    minimum specs. OTOH, I kept it on DOS cause I didn't see any   
    reason to go to windows back then. Used it until it gave up the   
    ghost.   
      
    Even used it at work for programming the machines. It worked   
    better than the Windows machines for that.
