   That FBI ransomware package is a real hoot, I cant help but to wonder goes   
   through the minds of the users of other countries when they see that pop up,   
   unless its smart enough to know the location... or .. if they have it localize   
   itself, and for instance sub Scotland Yard for FBI with users in the Isles??
