   	I have used "msconfig" to turn off, not load many a thing. Is it included ? I   
   should check. I turned off all that was offred by msconfig. As I do not ever   
   use it, it might be dormant here.   
      
   	All my machines are above average still in performance and if WE is active, I   
   do not notice it but I will investigate.
