   The word we received here from security at the naval base is that they    
   are no longer going to issue windshield stickers.  They haven't    
   implemented the ID card scanning yet but probably start after the New    
   Year. You will still be required to register your auto though with the    
   base security station.   
      
   The problem is that won't stop nuts like that Army major who killed all    
   those soldiers at Ft Hood.
