   While employed we pay a small part of our salary to a healthcare fund   
   and when/if we get ill most of the hospital/doctors bill is deducted   
   (on application that has a separate column in the tax declaration) when   
   we complete the tax declaration.   
      
   The deduction is then automatically refunded about a half year later.   
   That was the reason for "if I'm still alive" in my previous letter, :o)
