   I did have an eye-operation on sept 10th but my hopes of a life without   
   eye drops in the left eye came to naught but were at least reduced from   
   three different sorts and a pill to only one drop before bed time and a   
   couple of pills along the day.

   JP>it. There was an extra to pay for the soft lens, the operation here   
   JP>is free.   
      
   I have also noted the need for another lens for my left eye. The   
   operation was free here also but the glasses have to paid for but the   
   cost will be returned as a tax reduction. I hope I live that long, hi.
