    I can believe that. I have not found a reason to upgrade yet.   
    Ok, it's not an upgrade from my point of view. If I have to buy   
    a new computer the new OS is not an upgrade, it's just another   
    system hog.   
      
    $120 for Win 7 was too much. I'l consider $40 for Win 8.
