   Probably not a problem, but I decided to add a complimentary echo with the tag   
   of WX_TALK for weather discussion.  I'm in the process of trying to get it   
   added to the zone one backbone now.     
      
   I figure the technical data can reside on WEATHER and the discussion on   
   WX_TALK.  Keeps it more organized from my perspective.
