In a message on Wednesday 01-12-16 Paul Quinn said to Holger Granholm:

   Good evening Paul,

Oh yes they are still in fresh memory. I have used Norton Utilities very
recently, namely the WIPEDISK program to wipe out a whole HD, before
putting in a new OS/2 installation.

HG> I've deferred this message of yours. It will stay there until I delete

PQ> On second thoughts: it's h-e-a-v-y on photo file sizes, so, save it
PQ> till you find a fast internet connection. I really must do one or
PQ> two piccies of the current Win 8.1 before I blow it away, too. ;)

Yes, I even received a Mobile Broadband subscription as XMAS gift, so
Santa was very kind to me. I'll use it as soon as I've got that Win10
configured to my liking, and got the needed programs installed.

Yesterday, I even got the ZTreeWin installed. Don't ask me how, it just
worked. I may have hit the right command prompt, and suddenly it worked.

PQ> the same environment as us on the east coast, but it's much much
PQ> drier. Hence a lot of bushfires.

Well, you've got your share of them too.

HG> A local inhabitant here is visiting her sisters over there, ....

PQ> staying with me on the weekend and happened to, just casually mind
PQ> you, mention that she works with a girl from Aland! I'm sure she
   PQ> said Aland. (I'll double-double check.) I should ask for a name,
   PQ> as well.

The lady I mentioned in the previous post, is a retired physiotherapist,
a very good one, named Sheila Sundblom.

Actually, there are many persons from land, that either have emigrated
to Australia, or are working there, or studying there.

Also, many a sailor have left their ship in Australia, and made a living
there, especially from the Eriksson sailing ships that brought wheat to
   Europe.

It's quite ecpensive to go there just for a holiday, but some do it.

   Have a nice evening,

   Holger
